Our Vision
Our Vision we believe is a simple one, We wanted to create a website that was simple and easy to use for people around the country to access some of our Countys beautiful hand made gifts, crafts and bespoke products, from some of the finest and most talented crafters we could find. We wanted local crafters to have somewhere clean and crisp to showcase their beautiful creations without breaking the bank.
We want our customers to have somewhere to go to easily find beautiful things at fantastic prices from lots of different skilled people and small buisnesses.
Our Mission
Our mission is to work hard to keep finding and adding fantastic crafters to our site every day, which means more and more beautiful products for you to enjoy. It Is also to make sure we can offer bespoke and personilized options for most of our products and let you have the choice you want.
How we came to be!
The idea for Cheshire Craft was born in late 2015, Emma smith the owner and director had been creating and selling beautful hand made items for years, but just as many small unique crafters, she struggled to advertise and showcase her products to the wider audiences. She had tried the normal channels through social media, at local craft fairs, at car boot sales, artisan days and even through the large faceless selling pages. Now as she did this she realised it was always tougher than expected nearly always more expensive and virtually impossible to generate a large return on her crafts and bespoke handmade gifts. People dont realise that a small handmade personal and bespoke item can take easily a full day to complete. Would you work for £10 a day? Minus materials costs?............Probably not! So what is the solution? We think we have created the perfect solution to help keep this very popular industry going. We have tried our hardest to create a simple yet beautiful market place for people of all walks of life to enjoy. This is a place where talented crafts people can sell there items without large or unexpected costs. Were we try to sell all of the products fairly and for a resonable and fair price, both for the customers we love and the crafters, who work so hard to make amazing hand made bespoke items to a quality you will love.
