Promotion Codes
Valid promotion codes may be used on Cheshire-craft.co.uk. Promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer or deal. To redeem the discount online, please enter the promotions code at the Checkout. Discounts and promotions online are only valid for orders delivered within the UK. Discounts and promotions may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. Discounts and promotions may not be used to purchase gift cards. Cheshire Craft reserves the right to terminate any discounts.
Orders
Order confirmation
We will send you a receipt of your order in an email. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct.
If the details are not right, or if you need any help, please contact us our Customer Services team on 0330 026 1400 from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Or email the Customer Services Team. We will need to know any changes to your details before we send your order or it may be delayed.
Delivery
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to collect your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to tell Royal Mail , our courier company, to arrange re-delivery or collection.
